F&B Manager (m/w/d)

On behalf of our client, a 5* luxury hotel with several excellent restaurants in Cyprus, we are looking for a F&B Manager (m/w/d).

Your Responsibilities

• Oversees the day to day operation at all outlets, banquet facilities and room service
• Guest relation management, quality assurance
• In charge for all food & beverage related administrative tasks including inventories, costs control and non-food purchasing
• Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs
• Constant training of the Food & Beverage team in product knowledge, menu varieties and ongoing promotions
• Reporting to General Manager, close cooperation with all department heads
• Regular MOD shifts

Your Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• At least three years 5* F&B management experience
• A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, menu engineering and scheduling
• Fluent in English, Greek skills and every other language would be an asset
• Ability to train and develop muli-tnational team members
• Schengen passport holder
