We are currently recruiting on behalf of our international client a Head of Operation (m/f/d) who will successfully position and roll out a new system catering concept on the German market.
Your Tasks
Build up the German entity together with the owners and investors
(Pre-) Opening experiences
The first restaurants have to be operationally managed and opened
As the expansion progresses, handing over the outlets to the Branch Manager and assuming overall responsibility for all business areas of the group
Mainly operational, business development and also financial management
Quality management, implementation, and continuous development of the individual outlets
Involved in the selection of new locations and supporting growth of company in Germany
Oversee and manage the daily operation and work closely with Branch Managers
Provide direction, lead, and drive strategic initiatives in support of the company’s vision and values
Recruiting, training and developing the Branch Manager for future openings
Build up the Team in Germany
Development and implementation of the system catering concepts
Reporting to the CEO, Owner & Investor
Your Qualifications
Several years of management experience in the gastronomy, system catering or a restaurant
Experienced in the management of multi-property organisations and structures
Still operational minded and hands-on
Excellent social and interpersonal skills
Goal oriented and flexible to travel within Germany
Strong guest service orientation
Good organizational skills & strategic thinking
Business knowledge acumen
Young, dynamic and modern personality
Strategic thinking
Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
