Front Office Manager (m/f)


Looking for a new challenge?

On behalf of our client, a 5* Resort Hotel in a remote location in Oman, we are currently looking for a Front Office Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day Rooms operations and responsible for all Front Office functions
  • Active involvement in the daily Front Office activities such as management of arrivals, departures, room allocation etc. 
  • Providing leadership and encouragement to the Front Office team
  • Meet, exceed and continually  improve guest expectations through Quality control and compliance of brand standards
  • Generating business by maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction 
  • Act as Department Head and work in close cooperation with other HODs
  • Report to the EAM Rooms
  • Recruitment, Training and Management of Front Office team in cooperation with Human Resources

Your requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Front Office Manager in an international, luxury 5* hotel
  • Hotel Resort experience is a must, remote location a plus
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a requirement, any additional European language a plus
  • Knowledge of the Property Management System "Opera" is required
  • Proactive and innovative leader with excellent social and interpersonal skills
