On behalf of our client, a 5* Resort Hotel in a remote location in Oman, we are currently looking for a Front Office Manager.
- Manage day to day Rooms operations and responsible for all Front Office functions
- Active involvement in the daily Front Office activities such as management of arrivals, departures, room allocation etc.
- Providing leadership and encouragement to the Front Office team
- Meet, exceed and continually improve guest expectations through Quality control and compliance of brand standards
- Generating business by maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction
- Act as Department Head and work in close cooperation with other HODs
- Report to the EAM Rooms
- Recruitment, Training and Management of Front Office team in cooperation with Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years experience as Front Office Manager in an international, luxury 5* hotel
- Hotel Resort experience is a must, remote location a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic is a requirement, any additional European language a plus
- Knowledge of the Property Management System "Opera" is required
- Proactive and innovative leader with excellent social and interpersonal skills
