Front Office Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organising, planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Front Office
  • Control and implementation of service- and hotelstandards
  • Collaborating with every department of the Hotel (e.g. technical and housekeeping department)
  • Managing excellent customer service as well as handling guest complaints
  • Training, development and motivation of the team
  • Support and participate in all hotel programmes, policies and procedures
  • Planning staff and holiday schedules
  • Ensure high standards

Your requirements:

  • College degree in Hospitality Management
  • Work experience in a similar position
  • Fluent and written in English, other languages are an asset
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, inspiring and empathetic personality
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • Inspiring and motivating others while being caring and understanding
  • Proficient in working with MS Office applications
