Corporate Director of Operation (m/f/d)

For a young and modern hotel chain with over 80 hotels we are looking for a Corporate Director of Operation Germany & Austria (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Responsible for about 50 hotels in Germany and Austria

• Development of strategic concepts for the whole hotel chain

• Hiring of hotel managers, promotion of talent (close cooperation with HR)

• Organization of new openings

• Close collaboration and interface with all departments within the headquarters

• Ensuring guest satisfaction

• Direct reporting to the CEO

Your Qualifications

• Professional experience within the multi-site properties
• Knowledge within strategy and business development management
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience in a representative role in a similar position, ideally with change and project management
• Strong guest service orientation and high quality standard
• Good organizational skills & strategic thinking
• Tough but also relaxed and goal-oriented personality
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
